7-Day Return & Exchange Period

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed: The garment must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear, stains, or odors.
  • Original tags attached: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the item.
  • With proof of purchase: You’ll need to provide your original invoice or order confirmation.

Please note that items returned without their original tags or in a used/damaged condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day window. You can reach us via [Specify Contact Method, e.g., email at support@kimaistore.com or call us at 7780136846.
  2. Provide Details: Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item for exchange or a non-damaged return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds for Damaged Items

We meticulously inspect all our garments before shipping. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item:

  • Notify Us Immediately: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item, providing clear photographs of the damage.
  • Return of Damaged Product: Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product to us. We will cover the return shipping costs for genuinely damaged items.
  • Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged item, if the damage is confirmed, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and other reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Inner Wears like bra or lingerine.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kancharla Textiles, Kavali, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh – 524201

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
